At Frostitution Sweets, we take pride in crafting high-quality cookies and baked goods with care. Because our products are perishable and made to order, all sales are final. Please read the details below regarding our no-refund policy and what to do if you experience an issue with your order. 1. All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products: - We do not offer refunds, - We do not accept returns, and - We do not provide exchanges for any reason including: - Change of mind - Personal taste preferences - Incorrect orders placed by the customer - Missed pickups - Packages returned to sender - Delays caused by shipping carriers or weather Once an order is submitted and paid for, it cannot be canceled. 2. Delivery & Shipping Issues Once your package leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, Frostitution Sweets is not responsible for: - Carrier delays - Lost or stolen packages - Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer - Packages left outside after delivery We recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing checkout. 3. Order Problems or Quality Concerns Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If something is wrong with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Images on the site represent our products but may not match your batch exactly. Since allergens are clearly listed and our products may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy, we cannot refund or replace orders due to allergen concerns. 5.
