Ordering & Payment Orders are placed through our website and processed securely through Stripe. By submitting an order, you agree that: - You are authorized to use the payment method provided - Your order information is accurate and complete - Your payment will be processed immediately Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to: - Limit quantities - Refuse or cancel orders - Correct pricing errors If an order is canceled after payment is received, we will issue a refund. 4. Shipping, Delivery, & Pickup Shipping and pickup options vary by region and availability. Shipping: - Orders are shipped using the method selected at checkout - Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed - We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses - Once a package leaves our kitchen, liability transfers to the carrier Local Pickup (if offered): - Pickup times are arranged during checkout - Missed pickups are not refundable We cannot guarantee product condition if: - Packages are left outside - The wrong address was provided - Delivery was attempted but not received 5. Returns, Refunds, & Order Issues Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. However, if you experience an issue with your order, such as: - Incorrect items - Damaged products - Quality concerns Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate. We cannot provide refunds for: - Packages delayed by carriers - Incorrect addresses provided - Items left unattended after delivery - Personal taste preferences 6. Gift Messages, Custom Orders, & Special Requests If offered, custom orders and large event orders must be confirmed in writing and may require a deposit.
